Who are we?
The Brain and Memory Health Group is a multi-disciplinary organization that provides comprehensive dementia support for those living with memory loss and their loved ones/caregivers. Currently, there is no standardization of care after a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease or dementia and it can be hard to know where to turn. As leaders in the dementia care field, our proven holistic and integrative approach can provide a clear path to care; from curiosity about memory loss to end of life needs, let us help you and your family navigate this difficult disease together.

With telehealth capabilities we can serve patients and families living anywhere in the U.S or Canada.
Our integrative health clinic is based in Seattle, WA. In-person services can be provided on a location dependent basis.
